Prezi or Issuu, ....

...which one fits the most in this blog ?

 The answer is : Issuu.

This tool allows more efficiency on showing pictures and transitions look more smooth and professionnal. Even if we have to make a document to upload something which slows the work progress.

Prezi is also a great tool allowing dynamic effects and video embed but the result seems to be more like a "funny" work. But it is easier to work on and very didactic.

Anyway, I prefer use Prezi, because I can express my emotions and creativity with it !
Sorry Issuu !

Accor Hotel Openings Project in India

We made a workshop with my colleagues Geraldine and Jessica on Google Plus Hangout and with Google Docs. It was really nice to have different point of view with people that didn't really follow the subject. We can share news and increasing our network.
Also, it's easy to work far from each other ! You should try !

Here's the link to the Google Docs.

Ecole Paul Dubrule - From Paddy to Hospitality

Abstract from Ecole Paul Dubrule website.

Paul Dubrule is also the co-founder of the worlwide know hospitality group : Accor.

| WELCOME TO PAUL DUBRULE SCHOOL |

"Why should you support our effort ? | Our NGO’s mission is to provide young Cambodians, particularly from disadvantaged backgrounds, with quality education and the necessary skills to work in the fields of hospitality and tourism. Our School can help them open the gates to a new dimension in which their newly acquired know-how will bring them a decent and honest future.

The Paul Dubrule School aims at nothing less than excellence. It promotes social and ethical values while offering its students a solid structure that allows them to gain the expertise needed. Over the years we have been able to achieve most of our goals as our curricula and diplomas are widely recognized in Cambodia."
