Women at Accor Generation aims at parity at the highest level
Accor launches its international women’s network,Women at Accor Generation, aiming to account with 50% women hotel managers worldwide, with an intermediary target of 35% by 2015
Accor group want to enhance their image with the project to balance the number of women in management positions through the years. The number of women in the hospitality industry work market is slightly increasing and yet they are under-represented in corporate management positions.

The European Organic Wine Label
After many failures to define an "organic standard " of winemaking, a consensus was reached with all European winegrowers. The project of a European organic wine label was finally adopted on 8 February 2012, by the Committee of Organic Farming. So far, only the grapes were certified "from organic farming", the wine was not within the scope of the regulation. The word "wine made from organic grapes" could be on a bottle, with the possible addition of French AB logo on derogation, but no guarantee was given on methods of vinification.
This is a step forward for the wine industry.
